Job Description

Proposer must be experienced and have the following required skills:

  • Highly skilled in technical analytical review.
  • Strong skills in creating application documentation including process flow, for both technical and business teams use, utilizing Microsoft Word and Visio.
  • The ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical customers.
  • Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with superiors, subordinates, peers, customers, other agencies and the public.

Highly skilled in the following:

  • COBOL
  • CICS
  • JCL
  • TSO
  • Easytrieve Plus
  • VSAM Files
  • DB2
  • Structured Analysis, Design, and Testing

Demonstrated skill in the following:

  • IMS
  • IBM Debug Tool for z/OS
  • IBM File Manager for z/OS
