Years of Experience ā€“ 8 to 10 years

Mandatory Skills ā€“ SFDC, Selenium, Jira

Good Communication skill, Onsite experience

ā€¢ Team Lead / Senior Testing Specialist will be responsible for analyzing the project requirements and develop a testing strategy, test case development, testing, tracking and reporting.

ā€¢ should have experience in analyzing requirements, identifying appropriate Test methodologies for the projects, leading Test teams, managing resources, monitoring testing process and resolving issues and risks

ā€¢ Must have 8+ years of experience

ā€¢ Must have Experience in Quality Assurance methodologies and automated testing tools and techniques, Agile methodology

ā€¢ Must Have Skills Technical Skills - SFDC, Selenium, Jira

ā€¢ Must have good analysis or problem solving skills

ā€¢ Must have good communication skills

ā€¢ Must have an ability to work to deadlines

ā€¢ Experience working on onsite offshore model

ā€¢ Knowledge in CMM Level 5 processes
