Job Description :

ā€¢ 10 ā€“ 12 years of experience in Performance Testing and Engineering Domain
ā€¢ Hand-on experience in Load Runner is a MUST. Experience with other tools like Jmeter, VSTS, SOASTA etc. is a plus
ā€¢ Strong Experience in creating performance test strategy, design, planning, workload modelling, and elicitation of non-functional requirements for testing
ā€¢ Have hands-on experience in Performance Bottleneck Analysis (Infrastructure, Application and System level)
ā€¢ Good experience in providing Performance Tuning Recommendations
ā€¢ Hands on experience in profiling and performance monitoring
ā€¢ Hands-on experience in using monitoring tools like Sitescope, IntraScope, Wily etc.
ā€¢ Experience of using Service Virtualization tools like CA LISA, HP Service Virtualization etc. will be added advantage
ā€¢ Prior Customer Facing Experience is a must
ā€¢ Be able to recommend test methodologies, approach for testing and improving application's performance
ā€¢ Good Communication and interpersonal skills are required
