- Extensive experience with working in a global organization involving cross functional project team and client base.
- Experience in IT strategy, business requirement gathering, IT roadmaps and project delivery.
- Leadership quality with the ability to influence and provide clear guidance on deliverables.
- Strong verbal / written communication skills & ability to interact effectively with various levels of management.
- Excellent Onsite Offshore coordination skills.
