- All leads are managed with the sales process.
- Demonstrate a relentless obsession with providing an awesome experience while guiding customer Leads.

- Handle assigned accounts by learning what they do and how they operate.
- Ensure drafting, quoting and active projects proceed smoothly.
- Ensure problems and opportunities are resolved quickly and well.
- Follow Sales Process
- Ensure the Sales Team is following and adhering to their core process’s.
- Product Knowledge
- Stay current with product trends to provide the right building materials.
- Design Knowledge
- Provide input and direction on plan, styles and product selections to help find the right solution for each customer.
