Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

ā€¢ Windows desktop and server
o Windows 7, 10
o Windows Server 2003, 2008 or higher
ā€¢ Network protocols
o TCP/IP, DHCP, SIP/RTP
ā€¢ Systems integration and test
ā€¢ Test planning, test case development, execution and reporting
ā€¢ Protocol analysis and troubleshooting, using Wireshark, Agilent, IRIS and/or other networking tools
ā€¢ HP ALM/QC, Jira, Bugzilla or other test and defect tracking tools
ā€¢ Performance/stability testing and test automation
ā€¢ Microsoft SQL 2008 or higher
ā€¢ Experience in VoIP products and technologies
Desirable Knowledge and Experience:
ā€¢ Hand-on experience in server room (racking, cabling)
ā€¢ Public Safety (911 and E911)
ā€¢ Experience with E911 call handling equipment (PSAP CPE), including setup and testing e.g.,
o Intrado/West Viper
o Cassidian/Airbus
o microDATA /TCS
o Solacom Guardian
o Interact
ā€¢ Familiarity with next generation 911 Services ā€“ ESInet
