Compliance to SDLC 2.0 process and approval requirements across all teams engaged for the project

Ā· Initiate project and define project charter in agreement with the business

Ā· Identify and engage all impacted teams, departments, applications right at the start of the project

Scrum Master Roles and Responsibilities:

Ā· Good Facilitator

Ā· Keeping the goals clear and visible to the team

Ā· Involvement in daily stand ups, meetings.
