Job Description

ā€¢ strong knowledge in the following areas and tools and can show how these tools can be combined to deliver DevOps tool chains:
ā€¢ Application release & Infrastructure automation tools: Chef / Puppet / Rundeck / Scripting
ā€¢ Continuous Integration & Deployment Tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Hudson etc
ā€¢ Code management tools such as Git, Subversion etc
ā€¢ Continuous Automated Testing tools like Selenium, JUNIT etc.
ā€¢ Agile Planning and Bug tracking tools like JIRA, Bugzilla etc.
ā€¢ Continuous monitoring tools like Nagios, Zabbix etc.
ā€¢ Log aggregation tools like Splunk, ELK etc.
ā€¢ Linux and Windows system administration skills
ā€¢ working knowledge and experience in the following development languages and frameworks: Java - Ideally WebSphere / WebLogic / JBoss / Tomcat Ruby/Python HTML/CSS/Javascript .NET / JSON/XML/YAML
ā€¢ knowledge of service oriented architecture (building and consuming) ā€“ REST services
ā€¢ Expertise with Agile Development
ā€¢ Familiarity with integrated build systems and testing frameworks
ā€¢ Knowledge and experience in software performance and scalability test automation.
ā€¢ Experience with distributed systems and database structures.
