Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES:
ā€¢ Lead brand new / existing implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
ā€¢ Help create and validate technical design and solutions based upon client requirements
ā€¢ Document solutions in a clear and articulate manner
ā€¢ Act as SME (Subject Matter Expert) on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and provide technical expertise
ā€¢ Liaise between product teams in order to provide technical support
ā€¢ Carry out solutions testing and validation post-deployment
ā€¢ Architect the integration between Marketing Cloud and Salesforce
REQUIREMENTS:
ā€¢ Minimum 8 years of IT experience. At least 2 years of Marketing Cloud experience and 5 Years of Salesforce experience
ā€¢ Must have previously implemented Salesforce Marketing Cloud/ExactTarget from scratch
ā€¢ Proficient in API's-SOAP and REST-based, Salesforce
ā€¢ Should be able to code in SQL
ā€¢ Proficient with email templates, drip campaigns, and other components of marketing automation
ā€¢ Journey Builder experience highly required
ā€¢ Proficient in web services and development languages, e.g. HTML, CSS, AJAX, JQuery, HTTP, etc.
ā€¢ Must have excellent communication skills, verbal and written. Interpersonal skills are required
ā€¢ MS Visio experience preferred
