Job Description


ā€¢ Professional having worked on any of the monitoring tools configuration, administration or operation
ā€¢ POC or Production implementation knowledge in the AppDynamics ,Dynatrace , DCRUM and Gomez
ā€¢ Understanding the architecture of Real user monitoring and deep drive monitoring.
ā€¢ End to End Implementation knowledge of the tools
ā€¢ Creating and Configuring the Gomez Script.
ā€¢ Creating and configuring Software Services in Real user monitoring.
ā€¢ Configuring the SSL Application and think client application in real user monitoring.
ā€¢ Creating DMI Reports
ā€¢ Knowledge in middleware technology and network
ā€¢ Strong Knowledge in Application tiers and components (web based and non- webbased)
ā€¢ Handling RFC Requirement
ā€¢ Creating dashboard and instrumenting the tools as per client requirements.
ā€¢ Providing solution to the client accounting to the requirement
ā€¢ Analyzing the client requirement and propose the appropriate solution. Knowledge of basic Windows & Unix administration
ā€¢ Ability to prioritize and multitask
ā€¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
ā€¢ Ability to quickly assimilate technical and non-technical information
ā€¢ Knowledge on ITIL based Delivery
