What to expect of your role:
We are looking for an Office Manager to join our great team in the brand-new Tbilisi office, located in the city centre, and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. We are rapidly growing both locally and internationally, and this is an exciting time to join us.
What you need to succeed in this role:
- Strong organisational and planning skills;
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks;
- Accuracy and Attention to detail;
- High level of interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluent in Georgian, English and Turkish;
- Office Supply Management;
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise: Initiative, creative mindset, and suggest improvements.
What will be an advantage:
- Previous work experience in an IT company.
You will be expected to:
- Register and track employee/guest card;
- Maintain office services as required (such as cleaners, couriers, deliveries, etc.), receive and dispatch deliveries;
- Assist colleagues with office-related requests: work with and control office equipment (paper in the printers, document scans, etc.) as well as manage stationery;
- Ensure cleanliness and comfort in the office, coordinate meeting rooms;
- Assist the Office Director with documentation relating to day-to-day office maintenance;
- Assist Office Director in ordering front office supplies (fruits/cookies, office supplies, coffee/tea, water, etc.) and keep an inventory of stock, keep updated records of office expenses and costs;
- Assist the HR department with recruitment, onboarding, and termination processes;
- Perform ad-hoc administrative duties.
