Job Title: Demandware Technology

Location: San Diego, CA

Duration: Contract/ full time

Job Description:

Responsibilities

ā€¢ Responsible for providing product support to users of the Demandware platforms (Digital, Order and Store).

ā€¢ Supports and contributes to the growth of best practices for delivery of Demandware support services.

ā€¢ Understand Demandware technologies and troubleshooting practices to ensure successful resolution of Demandware product issues.

ā€¢ Complete assigned cases in queue with little or no supervision.

ā€¢ Manage individual product issues to resolution.

ā€¢ Contribute to the definition and evolution of Demandware methodologies, standards and best practices for support and product delivery

ā€¢ Act as customer advocate interfacing with the Demandware teams.

ā€¢ Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to internal and external technical resources regarding the support of their implementation and maintenance of ecommerce solutions based on Demandware best practices.
