Ā· Working knowledge of Active Directory, Outlook 2010/2013, MS Exchange
Ā· Working knowledge of VPN solutions as well as RSA SecurID tokens
Ā· Strong knowledge of English language and ability to communicate clearly on the phone with US-based customers
Ā· Should have experience in call and email support
