Job Description

The Central Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) group of Wells Fargo Advisors (WFA) has an opportunity for an experienced financial professional looking for a new and exciting challenge. The position will provide comprehensive reporting and analysis for Wells Fargo Advisors.
The responsibilities of the position will include the following:

•Gather and consolidate key financial information and metric data across all WFA businesses
•Develop new and/or enhance existing financial and metric reports to improve efficiency of processes and provide effective data presentations to business
•Assist in the production of key reporting packages for senior leadership meetings
•Coordinate organizational hierarchy and account structure changes as part of monthly system maintenance process
•Partner with WFA Business Finance teams to complete annual plan, perform metric reporting and facilitate monthly close and forecast processes
•Partner with Wealth, Brokerage & Retirement (WBR) FP&A to support segment level planning and reporting
•Assist in ad-hoc financial reporting as requested by business leaders
•Participate on project teams as needed

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications
3+ years finance experience

Minimum Qualifications:
Strong Excel and Powerpoint skills required Access experience preferred
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience data collection and reporting experience technical finance skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail dedication to accuracy ability to work under tight deadlines and the ability to demonstrate positive behaviors while performing job responsibilities.
