Job Description

1. Support the Business Directors to lead the agency’s new business drive;
2. Be involved from a strategy perspective for the agency’s top clients. This would involve input to enhance and improve: The overall business strategy, The media strategy, Creativity, Generation of new income (better mining);
3. Train the Business Directors to be more strategic – this is to ensure focus on better ROI related matters;
4. Inculcate use of research and tools amongst the planning teams: a. DAN has a range of tools, systems and research comparable to any top network;
5. Support the CEO in terms of identifying trends to capitalize on;
6. Working closely with the analytics team to create meaningful analysis to improve the client’s business ROI.
   

Qualifications

1. At least with 5 years Strategy Planning experience
2. Preferably from Creative Agency background
3. Well versed with the Market happening and latest trend. Possess sound analytical skill.
4. Strong command of English, both spoken and written
5. Applicant must be willing to be based at Kuala Lumpur
