Job Description

Purpose of the job: To drive business growth by unlocking the client’s business opportunity and to deliver outstanding client service, innovative and ambitious client solutions. In particular:-

1. To maintain professionalism at all times when dealing with client/(s) and all third parties;

2. To execute and supervise all matters relating to jobs and tasks assigned to you;

3. To assist your supervisor/(s) with update of work-in progress, follow-up on assignments;

4. To see through the tasks at hand and day-to day operation of the business including research, competitive findings, market research and media insights;

5. To execute and oversee all events and promotions at ground level concerning the account/(s) assigned to you;

6. To execute and prepare all matters relating to cost estimates and invoicing of client/(s) with the aim of maximizing the profitability of the agency;

7. To alert your supervisor/(s) of any potential problems or opportunities relating to the account/(s) assigned to you;

8. To give overall support to your colleague/(s) working on the same account/(s) assigned to you in areas that can help in business growth;

9. Any other duties or responsibilities that may be assigned to you from time to time.

Qualifications

1. At least Diploma from related discipline;

2. Good all round client knowledge and at least 1 year of sector experience;

3. Excellent command of English, both spoken and written. Japanese language is an added advantage
