Job Description
We are looking for a very passionate User Experience Product Manager who will take full ownership of the online experience, UX, UI, and overall user engagement of www.schoolapply.com. With over 2,000,000 visitors and a 7% traffic to lead conversion we take this role very seriously and are excited about nerding out with the right candidate.
SchoolApply is a tech platform and in 2020 we will take things to the next level (and then the level above that level).
This role is based in Dubai and reports to our CRO with a dotted line to our CTO.
This individual will take full ownership of our 4 platforms and develop a product road map for each:
- Website (www.schoolapply.com)
- Student Dashboard (logged in experience)
- FAM - 3rd party CRM and ATS
- University Dashboard
In this position, our User Experience Product Manager will:
- Understand each element of the online SchoolApply user experience
- Conduct an audit of the entire site - from functionality to automation messaging - and identify pain points
- Gather requirements from key stakeholders
- Develop the list of key functionalities we need to develop
- Work with designers to bring functionality concepts and ideas to a visual level
- Develop straightforward specification documents outlining core functionality behaviours
- Identify key metrics that should be observed before and after product changes

The top candidates will be asked to do a full assessment of 3 elements of SchoolApply:
- Overall online user experience
- Early user experience - especially in terms of conversion techniques
- Student Dashboard (ie. logged in account)
Based on the strength of your report and assessment you will be invited to present your ideas to our management team (also known as a "job interview").
