Billing Executive

Employment Type: (2 Years contract, under 3rd party payroll)

Experience: 3-5 Years

Salary: Company standards

Job Summary

We are looking to hire someone who can handle the billing and invoice of ODC employees of Huawei. The successful candidate shall work with R&D management team to meet the human resource requirements, engage with Vendors and facilitate the key billing task to meet the business requirement and efficiency.

Following are the specific job requirement for this position:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Billing and Invoicing of ODC employees.
• Taking care of Purchase Order and Purchase Requisition for each team.
• Process monthly billing with condination of vendor and team
• Following up with vendor for getting Performance invoice and final invoice
• Responsible for any ad-hoc reporting requests being received from
• Publishing reports on the reporting interface as per business specifications.
• Ensures ODC MIS reports for up line reporting are streamlined.
• Participate in review of monthly invoices to ensure billing in accordance with contract terms.
• Handling vendor billing issues and contribute to timely resolution of same.

Skills Required :

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in order and billing management.
• Excellent Presentation and Excel skills (pivot, Lookup, excels formulas)
• Bachelors Degree in BCom/Business Administration or other relevant fields.
• Good in written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented and good and interpersonal skills.
