  • 7 yrs + experience
  • Experience on RoboHelp, DITA, HTML, XML
  • Designed and developed API Guides, WebHelp, Online Help projects
  • Knowledge of :
  • DDLC
  • Project Lifecycle, Processes and Metrics
  • Information Design
  • C Language with APIs
