1.        Core Java /J2EE 

2.        Spring 

3.        Hibernate 

4.        WebService 

5.        WebSphere Application Server 

6.        PL/SQL 

Above listed 6 are the mandatory skill set 

On top of that knowledge of the Flex will be Key. 

Apart from that below skills or at least awareness is required. 

a.        basic Unix command 

b.        JUNIT 

c.        SDLC Life Cycle
