For one of our partners we are seeking an experienced Senior Affiliate Manager to join our growing dynamic team.

As a Senior Affiliate Manager, you will be responsible for managing affiliates in various geographic locations, building strong relationships with partners, and driving high-quality traffic and revenue through affiliate channels. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge and a proven track record in affiliate marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and grow an affiliate portfolio to drive new deals and revenue.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard high-value affiliates in line with the company’s goals.
• Maintain and nurture strong relationships with affiliates, acting as their primary point of contact.
• Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize campaigns, ROI, and partner performance.
• Negotiate competitive commercial deals and ensure timely payment and reporting.
• Collaborate with internal departments (CRM, Compliance, Legal, Product) to align campaigns and promotions.
• Monitor affiliate activities to ensure compliance with regulations and brand guidelines.
• Attend industry events, conferences, and expos to network and attract new partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience in affiliate marketing within the online gambling industry (casino, sportsbook, or both).
• A proven portfolio of affiliates and successful campaigns in the gambling niche.
• Deep understanding of online marketing channels and performance-based marketing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (e.g., Income Access, NetRefer, Cellxpert, etc.).
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and affiliate meetings as needed.
