Currently we are looking for a highly motivated person to join our growing and dynamic team on the position of Corporate Trainer.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our workforce is equipped with the necessary skills to excel in their roles and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preparation of training materials for our internal teams including presentations, handouts, and knowledge base articles;
- Delivery of onboarding training for internal teams based on a predefined schedule or ad-hoc sessions;
- Providing training to operators for our products and services;
- Conducts assessments to identify and evaluate training needs, develop training and instructional solutions, and assess training requirements;
- Ensure that training programs comply with relevant regulations and industry standards and provide regular reports on training effectiveness to management;
- Create reports outlining training needs with suggestions and implications;
- Collect feedback from participants and stakeholders and use this input to refine and improve training content and delivery methods;
- Recommends and/or implements innovative solutions, modifications, and enhancements to operation training programs; facilitates and encourages the adoption of process and procedures to enhance delivery;
- Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure that our training programs remain effective.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluency in English;
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft office suite: Word, Power point, Excel, and Outlook;
- Good organizational skills and great attention to details;
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills;
- Results-orientated person with high levels of accountability and ownership;
- Must be able to adapt and work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
