We are looking for a positive, motivated professional to join our team as an HR Specialist.


This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented and proactive individual with strong communication skills, a deep understanding of HR practices, and a commitment to fostering a positive and compliant workplace environment.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Employee Documentation Management: Ensure accurate and timely administration of employee records, including contracts, annexes, terminations, and personal data, in full compliance with Bulgarian Labor Legislation.
  • Benefits Administration: Manage and maintain employee benefits, ensuring that all personal records are up-to-date and in accordance with legal and company requirements.
  • Onboarding and Offboarding Support: Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including orientation and integration, as well as ensure an organized and compliant offboarding process for departing employees.
  • Employee Engagement and Wellbeing: Contribute to the development and implementation of initiatives aimed at promoting team member wellbeing, engagement, and professional development, fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • HR Advisory and Support: Serve as an ambassador for the new HR model, effectively addressing HR inquiries and issues to support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • HR Documentation and Procedures: Maintain and update local HR-related documentation and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively and accessible to all relevant parties.
  • HR Metrics and Reporting: Generate and analyze reports on key HR metrics, such as turnover rates and employee satisfaction, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • HR Software Management: Utilize internal HR and payroll software to ensure accurate data management and support HR operations.
  • Day-to-Day HR Operations: Assist with the daily operations of HR functions, providing support across various HR responsibilities to ensure smooth and efficient processes.


OUR EXPECTATIONS:


  • Fluency in English - both written and spoken (at least B2).
  • At least 2 years of a previous working experience as a HR Specialist or similar role.
  • University degree - Human Resources Management, Economics, Business administration or related.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Attention to detail and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
