We are looking for a positive, motivated professional who wants to join our Team in Plovdiv as Junior Content Management Specialist!

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create, maintain and optimize promotional pages and website content using the internal Content Management System.
• Review marketing materials and other content to correct grammar, spelling, punctuation, and formatting errors.
• Conduct regular quality checks to verify the accuracy and correct formatting of published content.
• Stay up to date with the latest CMS features and technologies, providing recommendations for process improvements.
• Experience with Terms of Use, Online Service Agreements, and GDPR compliance is a plus.
• Organize and maintain digital files.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather feedback, implement changes, and ensure seamless, timely content delivery.
• Assist with website localization, coordinating with translators, and ensuring proper implementation of the translated content.
• Proofread and edit content before publishing to ensure accuracy and consistency.

OUR EXPECTATIONS:

• Excellent command of English.
• Proficient in using content management systems, project management tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.  
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.  
• Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and technologies as required.  
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.  
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with exceptional attention to detail.  
• Bachelor’s degree in English, marketing, public relations, communications or similar.  
• Basic Knowledge of HTML/CSS would be beneficial.
