For one of our partners we are looking for an Affiliate Team Lead to join our dynamic team.

This role combines hands-on affiliate management with team leadership, requiring a strategic mindset, strong industry expertise, and the ability to drive performance at scale.
As an Affiliate Team Lead, you will manage key partnerships, guide and mentor a team of affiliate managers, and play a critical role in expanding our affiliate network and maximizing revenue across multiple markets.  

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute affiliate strategies to drive traffic, acquisition, and revenue growth.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow a high-performing affiliate portfolio across multiple markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners; manage top-tier accounts and negotiations.
• Lead and mentor a team of Affiliate Managers, ensuring achievement of team KPIs and professional development.
• Analyze performance data to optimize campaigns, ROI, and traffic quality.
• Collaborate with CRM, Compliance, Legal, and Product teams to align campaigns and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent the company at industry events and actively source new affiliate partnerships.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 4 years experience in affiliate marketing within the online gambling industry (casino, sportsbook, or both).
• Fluenct in English; Russian or additional languages are a strong advantage.
• Proven experience managing high-performing affiliate portfolios and delivering measurable results.
• Previous team leadership or mentoring experience is highly preferred.
  
• Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Hands-on experience with affiliate platforms such as Income Access, NetRefer, Cellxpert, or similar.
  
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and affiliate meetings as needed.
