Frost & Sullivan sucht kommerziell orientierte Persönlichkeiten, die unser Customer Engagement Team (Vertrieb) verstärken.

 

In dieser Rolle identifizieren Sie neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten, arbeiten eng mit Senior Executives und Entscheidungsträgern zusammen und stellen Organisationen die Research-, Advisory- und Growth-Consulting-Lösungen von Frost & Sullivan vor. Sie treiben Abonnementumsätze (Subscription Revenue) durch consultative selling, Neukundenakquise und den Aufbau langfristiger Kundenpartnerschaften voran.

 

Ihre Aufgaben

 

  • Identifikation, Ansprache und Abschluss neuer Geschäftsmöglichkeiten
  • Erreichen der monatlichen, quartalsweisen und jährlichen Vertriebsziele
  • Aufbau und Pflege starker Beziehungen zu Führungskräften und Entscheidungsträgern
  • Anwendung eines beratenden Vertriebsansatzes zur Analyse von Kundenherausforderungen und Entwicklung passender Lösungen
  • Aufbau und Pflege einer starken Vertriebspipeline sowie genaue Forecasts im CRM-System
  • Nutzung von LinkedIn und professionellen Netzwerken zur Lead-Generierung und Kundenansprache

 

Ihr Profil

 

  • Deutsch als Muttersprache
  • 2–5 Jahre Erfahrung im Subscription-Vertrieb, idealerweise mit einem beratenden Ansatz im Kundenkontakt und Business Development
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Verhandlungs- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen und im Management einer Vertriebspipeline
  • Selbstständig, belastbar und mit starkem kommerziellem Mindset

About the Role

Frost & Sullivan is looking for commercially driven to join our Customer Engagement team (sales)

In this role, you will identify business opportunities, engage senior decision-makers, and introduce organizations to Frost & Sullivan’s research, advisory, and growth consulting solutions. You will drive subscription revenue through consultative selling, new account acquisition, and long-term client partnerships.



What You Will Do

  • Identify, engage, and close new business opportunities.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Build strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Apply consultative sales techniques to understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions.
  • Maintain a strong sales pipeline and accurate CRM forecasting.
  • Leverage LinkedIn and professional networks for prospecting and engagement.



What We Are Looking For

  • Native German speaker.
  • 2–5 years of experience in subscription sales, with a consultative approach to client engagement and business development.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience using CRM tools and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and commercially minded.
