Job Description

We are looking to hire a Sales Agent to join our dynamic team. You will be the eyes for our client, fielding customer inquiries, and finding advanced ways to respond. Working in a joint and engaging environment, you will have the opportunity to interact with people from all walks of life. As you continue to learn and challenge yourself, you will notice that your potential will take you wherever you want to go.

Salary range: $37000 - $45000 per year.

Responsibilities 

  • Generate profitable new business through prospecting and inquiry handling within the local markets to achieve monthly sales targets.

  • Accountable for cash handling and deposits. Partner with Loss Prevention to protect assets and reduce cash loss.

  • Conduct events in both locations, to convert prospects into customers by effectively listening and selling the entire product range.

  • Is knowledgeable of market trends and stays up-to-date on competitive data.

  • Effectively manage, lead, and continuously update CRM throughout the sales process.

  • Proactively manage the renewal strategy to maximize retention, renewal increases, and center profitability.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma required.

  • Working knowledge and relationships within Agencies, Retail Companies, and Experiential Marketing Events preferred.

  • Demonstrate proficiency with Sales systems.

  • Must possess effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must perform well in high-energy, dynamic, and team-oriented environments.

  • Excellent ability to manage and build relationships.

  • Advanced skills in communicating, selling and negotiating.

  • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed acquisition goals.

  • Unrelenting drive to understand and meet prospective customer needs.
