are currently looking for
Administration/Operation
Executive
for
our
VAM Systems-Qatar
office
with
the following skill set.

Skill
Set required:

• Good
  Communication Skills with Good command over English language.

  
  

• Experience
  handling visas, passport and related Govt. Documents

  
  

• Prior
  Experience as Public & Govt. Relations Officer

  
  

• Knowledge
  and Experience in working with the Labour, Immigration & other
  Govt. Departments in Qatar

  
  

• Arabic
  Fluency (Reading, Writing & Speaking)

  
  

• Good
  knowledge in Administration and Office Management Skills.

  
  

• Monitoring
  the processing of financial, accounting and
  payroll transactions.

  
  

• Responsibilities
  such as filing contracts, handling client requests, able to handle
  databases related to vendors of the company.

  
  

• Follow
  up a process of invoice ;Archiving
  of Invoice data according to its categories.

  
  

• Locally
  available candidates who can able to handle Arabic only needs to
  apply.

Experience

required:
Minimum 1 year.
