REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or electromechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience in automotive industry with focus on manufacturing processes.
- Six Sigma Black Belt preferred.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
- Strong Leadership
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to lead a team.
- Problem resolution skills.
- Conflict resolution skills.
- Planning, task orientation, results orientation.
- Experienced in computer application software, including MS applications.
- Knowledge of PPAP process, GD&T and MSA. PFMEA & Control plans VSM
- Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma/ DFSS TPM Tools Welding processes ( Laser, resistance & Tig)
- Process Integration & Automation
