Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Job Duration: 3 months
β’ Excel β maintain spreadsheets, small reports, tallies, and ad hoc projects.
β’ Data entry, fulfillment, packet collation, marketing materials, agent supplies.
β’ Organized β manage Walk in Center statistics and staff schedules.
β’ Customer interaction β work with clients in Walk in Center, greeting, following protocol, able to assist when needed.
β’ Assist with meetings β prepare refreshments for meetings, clean up area, and return supplies.
Qualifications
Skills Required:
β’ 1-2 years of Admin Assistant experience.
β’ Microsoft Office β Basic Word, Excel and Outlook proficiency.
β’ Prior experience dealing with public, on phone and in person.
Key Characteristics:
β’ Prompt, dependable, takes ownership, flexibility, and service-oriented.
