Job Description

This position is responsible for the sourcing and placement of new hire exempt and nonexempt employees for the Space & Intelligence Systems (SIS) segment of the organization. The ability to develop strong communication channels with internal and external clients is crucial to success in this position. To achieve this, the right individual must provide “World Class Service” to candidates and internal clients, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and expressing the highest sense of urgency. This position requires recruitment of all levels of talent, spanning multiple skill bases.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

· The entire recruitment cycle including requisition creation/management

· Innovative candidate sourcing through the use of all available methods

· Maintaining an organized pipeline of active, viable candidates in each functional area assigned

· Facilitation of the screening, interviewing and selection process

· Offer negotiations

· Ongoing communications with managers and candidates

· Proactive tracking of progress and all work in our applicant tracking system (People Fluent)

Qualifications

· BA or BS degree with a minimum of 5 years of recruiting experience

· Prior experience with OFCCP and other recruiting related compliance is required

· Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems


Additional Preferred Skills:

· Experience recruiting/sourcing for highly technical engineering roles

· Experience using People Fluent applicant tracking system

· Proven ability to technically evaluate/screen candidates

· Excellent organizational and communication (written & verbal) skills

· Customer service, business professional oriented person

· Self-directed team player, willing to take initiative and drive things to closure

· Demonstrated coordination, tracking, organization and time management skills

· Ability to multi-task and stay on top of many projects

· Internet savvy
