Job Description
- This position is responsible for providing a full range of drawing production work for a specific discipline.
- Produce complete plans from limited verbal or written description from registered professional.
- Individual demonstrates independent decision making skills in drawing production and project execution.
- Person is active in project CAD leadership activities.
- Promotes teamwork and cooperation skills.
- Ability to coordinate CAD deliverables and successfully correspond with clients or outside personnel.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Extensive Revit MEP experience
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in drafting technology.
- Minimum of 8 years previous drafting experience.
- Related consulting experience preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective team member.
- Maintain CAD proficiency and master current CAD systems.
- Effectively use multiple application packages where necessary, including advanced level commands.
- Shows understanding of advanced application development and use.
