Mercy Dental Group is currently hiring for a highly motivated full-time Dental Hygienist that is passionate about providing excellent oral healthcare for our Mendota Springs Dentistry office!


Mendota Springs Dentistry is patient-focused with an emphasis on five-star service for each patient. We give our hygienists the time they need to provide the dental care that they will be proud of. Salary:

Hourly rate starting at $45/hour + commission, with flexibility based on experience and qualifications.


Compensation may follow a “whichever is greater” model - you’ll earn either your base hourly pay or a production-based commission, whichever is higher!


Example earning potential:

Associates meeting performance benchmarks typically earn $50.00 - $75.00/hour and anywhere in between!

Office Hours:

  • Monday (7:00 AM - 5:00 PM) clinical hours
  • Tuesday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
  • Wednesday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
  • Thursday (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM) clinical hours
  • Every other Friday (7:30 AM - 2:30 PM) clinical hours
  • No weekends!


Experience & Qualifications:

  • You must currently hold or be in the process of acquiring a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license in Wisconsin.
  • Dental Hygienist: 1 year preferred, but not required!
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply!!!
