Due to business growth, we are looking for an experienced 360 consultant to join our team. Someone who has a passion for building relationships with both new and existing clients, someone that candidates can trust. Someone like you. You might be a specialist recruiter from a field such as Engineering, Accountancy, Digital, IT etc. or you might be working within a commercial agency at the moment but you will be looking for a new opportunity.

You’ll have the chance to develop your own desk, bringing on new clients with a trusted, professional brand and mentor, selling your effective strategy and services to them. You’ll specialise in getting clients the perfect candidate, managing the full process from client briefing calls and sourcing candidates to interview and offer.

You will drive and own your own car, be of immaculate presentation and appearance and be hungry to grow your desk. You will be a natural people person with values such as honesty, professionalism, and be a fantastic communicator.
