About this role
Job Purpose & Context
The QC Engineer is responsible for production line quality activities.
Main Responsibilities
- Perform and maintain the quality checks on production line including IQC, IPQC, OQC and on-going witness sampling test.
- Apply solid understanding of quality control and manufacturing concepts to oversee the production.
- Issue report and work with cross-section team for FACA
- Output QC report.
- Train online QC operators
- Onsite customer audit
Additional Responsibilities
- Onsite production management
- Ensure P2i intellectual property is protected.
- Identify opportunities for improvement both in the deployment process and business wide.

Academic Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree
Essential Skills & Experience
- Knowledge and experience of the manufacturing processes used in high-volume consumer electronics devic
- Good Written and Reading English, CET-4 certificate
Desirable Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years’ experience at quality management. Better to be Knowledge and experienced of SMT, plasma coating, consumable electronics related
- Formal project or programmed management qualification
- Basic quality skills: familiar with 7 QC, know 5 quality management tools, familiar with 8D report
- Knowledge of standard problem-solving methodologies
