Job Description

  • Reporting to the Group Accountant, this position is responsible for full spectrum accounting and financial matters of the Company and in accordance with the approved accounting standards and principles in Malaysia.
  • Handle closing of monthly accounts and preparation of timely month end financial and management report

  • Preparation on weekly, monthly cash flow projection

  •  

    Handle general ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables and billing

    ●      Responsible for bank reconciliation and Schedules to Accounts.

    ●      Handle intercompany reconciliations and confirmation.

    ●      Liaise with bankers, tax agent/tax consultant, auditor, company secretary

    ●      Familiar with SST and monitoring the preparation and submission of SST forms in compliance with SST ruling and deadlines

    ●      Liaising with vendors, internal clients, tax agent and auditors.

    ●      Assist in any other ad hoc reporting and projects

    Hands-on exposure in using ERP System

Qualifications

●      Candidate possesses at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Additional Information

●      At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience in handling full sets of accounts.

●      Possess strong analytical skills, meticulousness, and good time management.

●      Proficient in English, with good oral and written communication skills.

●      Proficient in MS Office application and Google-suite (added advantage)

  • Knowledge in ERP System
