Our client is a privately owned multi award winning Irish main contractor and property developer with in excess of 40 yearsβ experience in the UK and Ireland construction industry. γ
They have an urgent requirement for a Project Manager to oversee major projects in the UK (current locations include Central London, East London, Stansted and Hampshire).
Projects will include new build/design & build and major refurbishment within the Residential, Hotel & Leisure, Commercial and Retail sectors.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3-5 yearsβ Projetc Management or Senior Site Management experience working for main contractors in the UK or Ireland on projects in excess of Β£10million.
Candidates based in Ireland who are interested in flying in/flying out will also be considered.
