Ristara Recruitment specialise in the placement of blue and White-collar candidates into the engineering sector on both a contract and permanent basis. We are currently looking for an ambitious and driven individual to join us as a permanent Recruitment Consultant at our City centre location. We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant that is keen on making a fresh start in the industry with a point to prove. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable company in a thriving market.
Ristara Recruitment is based on Abbey Street and is a small office that packs a big punch in its chosen sector of engineering, working with key accounts across high value projects UK wide and overseas. You will be joining a successful and diverse team who really are experts in their field. The successful candidate will be asked to start a cold desk in the Construction Recruitment industry. You will be given all the resources you need to go out there and effectively sell, the rest will need to come from you and the experience you currently have in the Construction Recruitment industry.
The ideal candidate will be:
ā¢ Excited about the prospect of starting new construction recruitment sales desk
ā¢ Confident, articulate and have very strong communication skills
ā¢ Extremely motivated, with the ability to work autonomously
ā¢ Comfortable in a target-driven, fast paced working environment
ā¢ Experienced in Contract and Permanent Construction Recruitment
