Commercial Analyst

We are currently looking for a Commercial Analyst to assist in the monitoring and implementation of the main Commercial Division’s strategic objectives.

What will you do:

• Actively contribute to the preparation of the Commercial Annual Budget, Mid-Term Plan (5-year business plan), and quarterly reforecasts.
• Monitor and analyze the progress of strategic objectives, KPIs, and Commercial Division P&L performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and other Commercial departments to deliver timely business analysis and insights.
• Conduct analytical assessments to improve existing business strategies and commercial performance.
• Perform root cause analysis on emerging issues and propose actionable solutions.
• Support the development and optimization of costing strategies across customer segments, identifying opportunities to increase profitability and market share.
• Work closely with Regulatory, Business Development, and Legal teams to identify risks, opportunities, and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Monitor commercial projects related to regulatory compliance, public consultations, and industry activities.
• Track and analyze strategic initiatives focused on cost optimization, margin improvement, and revenue growth.
• Support the monitoring and management of Commercial Division projects.

What you will need in order to succeed:

• A BSc & MSc in Economics, Financial Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Around 3 years of relevant experience in Commercial Analysis, Strategy, or Finance.
• Strong understanding of P&L management and business planning processes.
• Experience in the energy sector and/or consulting will be considered an asset.
• Knowledge of business growth strategies and commercial performance optimization.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office and Business Intelligence tools.
• Professional level of English language.
• Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approach to decision making.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects effectively with a results-oriented approach.
