Creative Designer

The Graphic Designer plays a pivotal role in creating visually captivating images and videos that complement written content. Their primary responsibilities include collaborating with team members to ascertain project requirements, timelines, utilizing design software to execute projects, and refining designs based on feedback

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with various departments to determine project requirements, timelines, and budget constraints.
• Manage internal requests from initial typesetting to final graphic design, print, and production stages.
• Work closely with departmental stakeholders to understand their ideas and manage their expectations effectively.
• Develop innovative concepts, graphics, and layouts, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and audience preferences.
• Make informed decisions regarding fonts, images, readability, and audience needs to enhance visual appeal.
• Determine the appropriate size, arrangement, and style of copy and illustrative material for each project.
• Prepare preliminary drafts based on agreed-upon briefs, incorporating feedback and suggestions as necessary.
• Keep the team informed and engaged throughout the design process, actively soliciting and incorporating feedback.
• Review final layouts and suggest enhancements or revisions as needed to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Stay abreast of design trends and software advancements to continually enhance design capabilities.
• Coordinate with external printers or production teams to ensure timely delivery of materials meeting high-quality standards.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in design and photo & video editing software, particularly Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects .
• Demonstrated creativity and ability to think innovatively to solve design challenges.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, polished work.
• A keen understanding of current design trends and their relevance in a commercial context.
• Professional demeanor with a strong sense of accountability for deadlines and project costs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
• Prior experience in a similar role or relevant internship experience.
• Portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and creative solutions.
