IMC Sales Assistant (Tobago)

Sales Assistant performs a number of functions that are critical to offering our customers the best experience when they shop at our Image Centers.  The employee works as part of a team to meet the store’s operational and sales objectives.  The employee’s responsibilities will include the application of cosmetic products, waxing and sharing knowledge of the current trends in make-up. In addition, he/she must be able to demonstrate outstanding customer service skills.  Employee must be well educated about the Sacha brand and is required to educate the customer on our products with the goal to establish long-term customers and increase brand awareness.

• Maintain a high standard of product knowledge of the Sacha brand at all times.
  
• Maintain a high level of Customer service at all times.
• Apply cosmetic products on the customer which meet the customer’s expectations and provide positive honest feed-back on product performance.
• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, holidays and peak season when necessary
  
• Enthusiastic, friendly, and energetic with a genuine desire to provide outstanding service.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, while being attentive to customers 
• Ability to work as part of a team, and take initiative independent of direct supervision
• Follow checklist for arranging, cleaning and preparing of product displays
  
• Comply with all implemented hygiene and safety standards
