What You’ll Do
- End-to-End Sales & Client Engagement: Lead client consultations from initial inquiry through project completion, guiding clients on design choices and materials while managing expectations.
- Identify Opportunities & Drive Sales: Spot upselling opportunities, present design solutions confidently, and close design packages effectively.
- Collaborate & Coordinate: Work closely with vendors, contractors, and colleagues to ensure projects run smoothly and meet client expectations.
- Project Oversight: Support project budgeting and profitability, while ensuring high-quality delivery.
- Client Relationship Management: Build strong, tactful relationships with clients from all walks of life, helping them bring their vision to life even when their expectations are evolving.
Who They're Looking For
- Experience / Background:
- Previous experience in sales, ideally with some exposure to creative or client-facing industries (interior design, fashion, retail, hospitality, etc.).
- Interior design background is a plus but not mandatory — technical skills like AutoCAD or SketchUp can be learned.
- Fluency in English and Chinese
- Skills & Mindset:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative mindset with an ability to understand and translate client needs.
- Comfortable engaging with diverse clients and managing expectations tactfully.
