The Role

Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Digital Sales Executive to bring the Sienna Net-Zero Home to families across the Philippines. This role is not just about selling houses—it’s about offering people a smarter, more affordable, and sustainable way of living. You’ll identify new opportunities, nurture leads, and manage the full client journey from first contact to contract signing, while ensuring an exceptional and trustworthy experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management
  • ○ Respond quickly to leads on Facebook, Viber, Messenger, WhatsApp.
  • ○ Qualify, nurture, and convert leads through calls, emails, meetings into sales.
  • Marketing Collaboration
  • ○ Collaborate with marketing to design and execute promotional campaigns and events.
  • ○ Educate clients on Sienna, net-zero homes, energy savings and financing options.
  • Data and Insights
  • ○ Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities and present in weekly meetings.
  • ○ Suggest A/B testings based on data insights.
  • Customer Experience
  • ○ Conduct tours at showflat.
  • ○ Build rapport with leads and build customer profiles.
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience with Facebook Sales and Ads Manager.
  • 2+ years of experience in online and tele-sales (real estate, housing, financial services, or related industries preferred).
  • Maintain spreadsheets and data.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong written and spoken English and Tagalog.
  • This position will require communication with customers on weekends and outside of regular work hours, up to 10:00 PM.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with ability to build trust quickly.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
