Role: Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager for our client, you will play a crucial role in driving the company’s growth and market presence in Germany.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a growth strategy, focusing on both financial gain and customer satisfaction to achieve sustainable business growth.
  • Research and identify new business opportunities. Stay ahead of market trends and identify potential areas for business expansion.
  • Generate leads, cold call prospective customers and convert prospects into long-term clients.
  • Understand and assess the needs of customers and develop tailored solutions to meet those requirements.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
  • Conduct Store Checks and supervise the implementation of sales initiatives. Ensure compliance with company standards at retail locations.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with promotional activities.
  • Monitor industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly to remain competitive.
  • Planning and executing targeted sales campaigns to maximize revenue and market reach.
  • Prepare detailed sales forecasts, conduct market analyses, and present findings to senior management
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in sales management or business development, within the FMCG industry.
  • A solid understanding of the German consumer market, including key players
  • Strong communication and negotiation Skills
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Ability to analyze market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in the German and English languages
