The Role

As Country Manager (France), you will take full ownership of the local market, driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and establishing a strong brand presence. Customer & Market Insights

  • Act as the voice of the local market by providing insights on customer needs, competition, and market trends.
  • Support localization efforts across product, pricing, and messaging.

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with global marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and successful execution.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes and customer engagement strategies.

Requirements

  • 10โ€“15 years of experience in sales, business development, or commercial roles within enterprise SaaS or B2B technology.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and closing deals in the French/European market.
  • Strong network and experience working with partners, resellers, or system integrators.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale a market from an early stage.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels.
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional environments.
  • Fluent in French and English.
