Ο ρόλος έχει τις παρακάτω αρμοδιότητες:
- Καταχωρεί παραγγελίες πελατών & προμηθευτών
- Παρακολουθεί την πορεία των παραγγελιών
- Εκδίδει παραστατικά (τιμολόγια, πιστωτικά, δελτία αποστολής - παραλαβής κλπ.)
- Ενημερώνει τους πελάτες σχετικά με τα υπόλοιπα τοιυς
- Καταχωρεί εισπράξεις, πληρωμές & έξοδα
- Τηρεί το ταμείο του καταστήματος
- Απολυτήριο Λυκείου (πτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ ΤΕΙ/ ΙΕΚ στη Διοίκηση Επιχειρήσεων ή συναφή τομέα θα θεωρηθεί επιπλέον προσόν).
- Αποδεδειγμένη εμπειρία σε θέση back office ή διοικητικής υποστήριξης θα εκτιμηθεί.
- Ισχυρές οργανωτικές δεξιότητες και μεγάλη προσοχή στην λεπτομέρεια.
- Ομαδικό πνεύμα, ευγένεια και συνέπεια στην τήρηση προθεσμιών.
- Άριστη γνώση MS Office, ιδιαίτερα του Excel.
- Γνώση της αγγλικής γλώσσας θα εκτιμηθεί.
- Ιδιωτική ασφάλιση υγείας και ζωής
- Όλα τα απαραίτητα εργαλεία εργασίας
- Εκπαιδεύσεις σύμφωνα με τις ανάγκες του ρόλου
