Pricing Specialist - Industrial Sector
About this role
International industrial company specializing in technical services for laboratory and manufacturing environments is seeking a Pricing Specialist to join its commercial team. The organization focuses on delivering precision-driven solutions, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting a wide range of industries.
This position is responsible for preparing, managing, and delivering accurate and timely quotation proposals for regional sales teams. Working closely with inside sales, field sales, key account managers, and cross-functional stakeholders, this role ensures pricing consistency, competitiveness, and alignment with overall business strategy across multiple operational sites.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in pricing, finance, customer service, or similar roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and pricing/analytical tools.
- Experience working with pricing systems or ERP tools is a plus.
Preferred
- Experience in technical, laboratory, calibration, or B2B service environments.
- Familiarity with equipment calibration or technical service quoting processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development of large and annual quotes for key accounts.
- Utilize pricing tools and systems to generate and manage proposals.
- Analyze market trends, historical data, and sales performance to support pricing decisions.
- Collaborate with sales teams to ensure pricing strategies align with business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement in pricing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, customer service, and commercial leadership to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Maintain effective communication with stakeholders to support customer satisfaction and business performance.
