Collections Specialist - Industrial Sector

International company specializing in metrology, calibration services, and technical solutions for industrial and laboratory environments is seeking a Collections Specialist to join its Finance team.

The organization focuses on ensuring measurement accuracy and compliance with quality standards, providing critical services across multiple industries. This role is key to maintaining healthy cash flow while preserving strong customer relationships.

• High school diploma, GED, or Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress).

• Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in commercial collections or credit control.
• Conversational English required.

Technical Skills

• Experience with accounting systems such as Sage 50, QuickBooks, or Microsoft Dynamics (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work with multiple systems and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage collection of overdue accounts while maintaining a professional and customer-oriented approach.
• Perform daily collections activities across multiple platforms.
• Accurately document and track all customer communications.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account disputes and discrepancies.
• Analyze accounts and prepare aging reports.
• Recommend escalation or legal actions when necessary.
