Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all day-to-day restaurant operations
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and leaders
• Drive a culture focused on guest satisfaction, speed, and service excellence
• Manage labor, scheduling, inventory, food cost, and overall profitability
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and operational standards
• Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans to improve results
• Create a positive and accountable team environment
• Maintain restaurant cleanliness, organization, and equipment standards
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant management experience required
• Multi-unit or QSR leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing labor, sales goals, and financial performance
• Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
