The Role
As the Driver Supervisor, you’ll lead Rhythm’s Guest Services Driver Team to ensure a seamless and stoke-filled experience for both internal staff and external guests. Based in Niseko, Hakuba, or Furano, you’ll oversee all guest transport and rental gear logistics across resort locations. This role involves team leadership, dispatch coordination, guest service collaboration, vehicle upkeep, and being a day-maker for everyone you meet. You’ll work closely with Guest Services Supervisors and support your Store Manager in ensuring Rhythm’s operational excellence on the road.

- Lead and support the Driver Team to deliver safe, professional, and stoke-filled guest transport services.
- Coordinate customer and gear pick-ups/drop-offs across resort locations.
- Oversee daily vehicle checks, safety, cleanliness, and readiness.
- Manage driver dispatch and logistics via TaxiCaller and EasyRent systems.
- Create driver rosters, approve timesheets, and support team training.
- Collaborate with Guest Services on efficient guest movement and communication.
- Assist with service centre and staff logistics (location dependent).
- Uphold Rhythm’s customer service standards and contribute to an epic team culture.
What You Need to Succeed
Leadership and Team Management
- Proven ability to train, supervise, and motivate a diverse team.
- Strong communication skills to maintain high levels of internal communication and manage inquiries effectively.
- Capacity to monitor and evaluate team performance, providing regular feedback and resolving issues.
Customer Service Excellence
- Demonstrated experience in delivering high levels of customer service.
- Skilled in handling customer complaints and comments both proactively and reactively.
- Ability to ensure smooth POS transactions and overall positive guest experiences.
Administrative and Organizational Skills
- Competence in maintaining and updating customer records, managing outstanding accounts, and processing various payment types.
- Experience with scheduling and rostering using systems like Tanda.
- Ability to perform end-of-morning and end-of-night procedures accurately.
Computer and Systems Literacy
- Proficient in using POS systems and administration tools such as Google Drive, EasyRent and Square.
- Skilled in monitoring dashboards, reporting, and closing outstanding accounts.
- Capability to provide feedback and implement changes for system improvements
